We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days since you received the product to request a return.
It is not the product that is original, and it is the original packaging, 14 days after the application and the product is complete with terms and conditions. The customer will bear the cost of returning the goods to our warehouse.
Lesions and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can assess and resolve the problem.
Exchange
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you already have and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.
Items not eligible for a full refund
Free/promotional items are not eligible for a refund. If you meet the previous return conditions and your return is approved, you will receive a credit.
Refund
We will inform you whether your return has been approved or not. If you approve the refund, you will receive it automatically within 7 days of the original payment method. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take some time to process your refund.
